In an effort to improve our service and aid in the sale of your property, I am delighted to say we have teamed up with “Sell By Auction” to offer all Easyway clients another avenue to sell their home. A property auction is an increasingly attractive means of selling your home in what has become a “Buyers Market”. Recent statistics have shown that auction properties sales are rising with increasing number of investers looking to tap into the buoyant letting market, and through competition from bidders in the room it can sometimes achieve a higher price than the open market. Selling homes by auction is a great way of selling your home quickly and at a fair market price, because of the huge advertising that property auctions receive, it's an excellent way to put your home in front of as many serious buyers as possible and to achieve a sale within a fixed timescale.

By setting a reserve price, below which the auctioneer cannot sell your property, you remain in control of the sale. Potential buyers have often had surveys of the property done in advance and must have the required funding in place, a minimum deposit of £2500 must be paid at the auction with the balance usually due within 28 days.
